The Journey of Connection:

Embracing Life Through Nurturing Touch and Mindful Movement

Nurturing touch embraces the journey from the beginning of life in the womb to the vast experiences of the outside world and beyond. It uses mindful movement practices and nurturing touch to cultivate a more profound sense of bodily awareness and connection to one's surroundings through touch. It could also involve using tactile sensations, like texture or vibration, to enhance the movement experience.
