Service Description

Kind Hands Classes: The instructor’s will teach Kind Hands activities to parents and their children. It is also to give parents confidence to develop new positive touch and massage sequences to go with stories and songs. Number of sessions: Three sessions may give parents and children a chance to experience a range of Kind Hands activities and to become confident in their use. Further sessions can be added to reinforce what has been learned and extend the activities. Sessions are fun and a social event too! One-off taster sessions can be provided. Time allocation for each session: Allow one hour to include arrival and leaving. However, you will know your group so adapt this to suit your situation. Session timing is given below but this is dependent on who attends, and the age and capability of the children, so be flexible. Each Kind Hands Classes consists of 3 sessions. Parents will get hands out at the end of the sessions.
